Working Party Report

Category: Longhoughton — dmshell @ 6:44 pm

Baz, Dave, Tom, Kay, Dave T, Ken, Neil

Baz and Dave finished off the plant maintenance. The Atlas has had its engine oil dropped and new oil put in. It had been greased overall on Tuesday. Brake fluid reservoirs were topped up too.

The tractor had its hydraulic oil topped up using the waste oil from the Atlas.

The tractor has had a temporary repair effected on the l/h/s track rod as a bolt sheared on full lock – by the looks of it due to lack of lubrication.

The brakes were pumped off on 98707 and it was moved to the north end of road 2, the PPCs were towed up too, and then the crane was coupled back up to the match truck and these were moved up too.

Stones, waste sleepers, wood, etc were moved down to the piles ready for disposal, and the south end was tidied up a little.

Kay continued with work on the Mk 2s, assisted by Neil.

Ken worked on his GVB.
