Apologies for absence.
Report of the committee.
Treasurer’s report.
Appointment of Auditor.
Election of committee members. Four serving committee members will retire and are eligible for re-election.

VOTING
Please make sure you have your membership card with you. Non members will be present, but are not entitled to vote. Voting slips will only be issued on production of a valid membership card.

The Membership Secretary will be available to process renewals and answer questions.

REFRESHMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE BEFORE AND AFTER THE MEETING
